Meeting Attendance Proof is a mobile application that utilizes three critical indicators to verify attendance; a custom GPS tracking program, pictorial verification of user and timely submission of meeting specifics. The portal stores each submission to include a final report which displays the following information:
Time stamp
Facial Verification
Meeting Address
Meeting Specifics (Topic, Location, Chairpersons name, Phone number, Journal / Notes).

How it Works
MAP is easy to use and set up once downloaded to a smart phone (Android or IOS). Users set up a secure account and make connections with only designated individuals such as: Probation officers, counselors, lawyers, and driver’s license examiners. Now meetings are ready to be logged, stored, viewed or printed off.
Once logged in there are five easy steps to follow:

Once “Submit” is selected, the user sees a “Meeting Successfully Recorded” message and then signs out. An email verification message will arrive within seconds to your in-box. All meeting information is stored in the web portal for verification.
The stored meeting log will also include a visual “interactive” map available in satellite imagery showing the exact location of the user during the course of the meeting. This will “prove” the user was there for the duration of the meeting. The emailed report shows the interactive map, time stamp, meeting address, a picture of the user and timely submission of meeting information. And coming soon: Facial recognition.
